Project: Repairing of Broken 6" Pipeline at Depth=25m

Seabed survey by divers for riser, riser clamps to locate breaking point on pipeline and free span points all supported by video recording.
Carry out cold cutting works for the old riser and around the breaking point.
Carry out Diving works for Inspecting pipe thickness by (UT) before installation of the mechanical connector.
Supplying Mechanical Connector & Swivel flange and carry out diving works for installation of mechanical connector & Swivel flange on the pipeline.
Fabrication and carry out diving works for installation and fastening of new riser, clamps and spools.
Leak Test by pressurizing the line with
- Corrosion inhibitor +Oxygen Scavenger+Biocide
Free span correction for pipeline.
